TCL’s aiming the Internet TV market by launching TV sub-brand ‘FALCON’

BY ORIENTAL HEAUS.COM TCL multimedia, one of the famous Chinese electronics companies in the world, also be known as ‘The new face of Made In China ’by THE WALL STREET JOURNAL, is about to launch a new Tv sub-brand ‘FALCON’ next week. In Chinese Falcon means Thunderbirds.

Last year, TCL had unveiled its premium sub-brand XESS, which have attracted much attention. Six months later, another new sub-brand adjust its target market to Internet TV field.
As launching a sub-brand maybe effective in meeting different consumers’ expectation, more and more cooperation decided to make it come to reality as a marketing strategy, such as Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche.
Some Chinese TV manufacturers have its own sub-brands as well, for example, Haier has six brands (Fisher&Paykel, Aqua, Tongshuai, Casarte and GE) and Skyworth holds two brands named Coocaa and Metz.  (Tiffany)
