Chinese consumers are being puzzled by whether to pay extra for delivery

For non-Americans traveling to the United States, calculating how to pay tips is really a headache matter, in which minds the checkout amount already includes the service fee.

This means that consumers do not have to pay any additional bills when you checkout in China, if insist on doing so, you will be considered a weirdo, that is what we called cultural differences.

For appliances that need to be installed, such as air conditioners, washing machines, etc., consumers typically accept the extra payment.

But a lot of people complained on social media that the deliveryman just put the TV on the TV cabinet and being charged an extra fee, they don’t think it worth.

Do I need to pay additional labor costs for shipping? Chinese consumers are puzzled by this.
